01. Scope of Services
By hiring the solutions developed by vmoode, you agree to the working and delivery conditions outlined on this page. Our projects are individually planned to ensure visual clarity and complete technical stability.
02. Deadlines and Project Start
The development schedule officially begins counting after the confirmation of two fundamental steps:
Payment confirmation: Clearance of the initial deposit or the full agreed amount.
Submission of materials: Complete receipt of all texts, images, and access credentials required for the project.
Note: Any delays in the submission of materials by the client will automatically pause the delivery timeline.
03. Usage License
Upon purchasing a custom layout or project, you receive an exclusive usage license for your business. The resale, sublicensing, or distribution of the source code and design files created by vmoode is strictly prohibited.
04. Domain Configuration
For projects involving the selection, purchase, or configuration of web addresses (domains):
Spelling verification: Checking the exact spelling of the domain name (e.g., yourcompany.com) is the client's responsibility prior to purchase.
Irreversible actions: Registered domains cannot be altered or canceled. Errors approved by the client will require the purchase of a new domain, fully funded by the client.
05. Delivery and Revision Period
As soon as the completed project is published or made available to the client:
Review window: The client has 07 (seven) calendar days to test the structure, links, and validate the provided texts.
Consolidated requests: Correction requests must be sent all at once within this timeframe. Requests made after the deadline will be treated as complementary maintenance and may incur additional fees.
06. Analytics and Tracking Tools
vmoode is not responsible for any tracking system or pixel failures resulting from future browser updates, ad blockers, or changes in policy by the platforms themselves (such as Google and Meta) after the website's delivery.
07. Performance Changes
We do not guarantee the maintenance of optimal loading indicators (such as Google metrics) if the client or third parties subsequently insert unoptimized scripts, uncompressed images, or low-quality tools into the delivered environment.
08. Refunds
As these are customized services and final digital products, we do not issue refunds for projects already underway or files delivered, except in cases of proven technical failures directly caused by vmoode.
