01. The vmoode Ecosystem
By hiring or accessing vmoode services, you agree to the terms governed by our engineering philosophy. Our products are high-performance digital architectures focused on conversion and data sovereignty.
02. Deadlines and Development Start (SLA)
The development schedule is only officially started (Project Start) upon confirmation of two simultaneous events:
Financial Confirmation: Clearing of the initial payment or agreed full amount
Information Setup: Full receipt of all texts, images, and credentials required for the project
Note: Delays in sending material by the client automatically pause the delivery deadline count.
03. Asset Licensing
When purchasing a Template or Customized Project, you receive a personal and non-transferable license. Resale, subleasing, or redistribution of vmoode's proprietary source code and design systems is strictly prohibited.
04. Domain Registration
For projects that include domain purchase or advisory:
Spelling Check: Verifying the exact spelling of the domain (e.g., yourcompany.com) is the client's sole responsibility before purchase
Irreversibility: Registered domains cannot be changed or canceled. Typos approved by the client will require the purchase of a new domain, fully funded by the client.
05. Delivery and Approval Protocol
After the deploy (delivery) of the final version of the site or Landing Page:
Review Window: The client has a period of 07 (seven) calendar days to perform a full check of content, links, and features
Adjustment Request: All changes must be sent in a single batch within this period. Requests sent after 7 days will be treated as 'Maintenance' and may generate additional technical hour costs.
06. Tracking & Data Infrastructure
vmoode is not responsible for tracking failures (GTM/Pixel) resulting from future updates in browsers, ad blockers, or changes in third-party APIs (Google/Meta) that occur after project delivery.
07. Performance Guarantee
We do not guarantee the maintenance of high Core Web Vitals scores if the client subsequently inserts unoptimized scripts, heavy images, or low-quality plugins into the delivered environment.
08. Refunds
Due to the irrevocable nature of digital products and applied engineering hours, we do not offer refunds for downloaded Templates or already started projects, except in cases of proven technical failure attributable to vmoode.
