When requesting a quote or purchasing a template, we process
Basic identification (Name, Corporate Email, WhatsApp)
Tax data for Invoice issuance (where applicable)
Technical project scope (for engineering and quote purposes)
02. Telemetry and Tracking
We use advanced monitoring technologies to ensure system stability. Unlike invasive market tracking, our focus is Performance and UX.
Server-Side Tracking
Our analysis scripts operate, preferably, via Server-Side (CAPI), ensuring greater security and data anonymization before it reaches third-party platforms (Google/Meta)
Monitoring Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
JavaScript error detection (Crash Reporting)
Traffic source for conversion attribution.
03. Cookie Architecture
Our cookie policy is minimalist. We do not use third-party cookies for cross-advertising within our institutional domain.
Essential: Technical cookies for security (CSRF Tokens) and load balancing.
Local Persistence: We use localStorage to save your interface preferences (Dark/Light mode) and ensure you don't need to reconfigure the site each visit.
04. Sharing and Infrastructure
Your data travels exclusively within encrypted infrastructures (SSL/TLS). We share information only with essential operators: Payment Gateways, Hosting Providers (Vercel/AWS), and Digital Signature Tools.
